United Kingdom Shipping Policy
Space Vanta provides Sea Freight and Air Freight shipping options for customers in the United Kingdom, where available.
Shipping charges depend on the destination, shipping method, order value, and billable weight.
1. Shipping Methods
Orders to the United Kingdom may be eligible for:

Available shipping methods may vary depending on the destination and order details. The applicable shipping options will be displayed at checkout.
2. Free Shipping
Sea Freight
Sea Freight is eligible for free shipping when the order value reaches the equivalent of US$55.
There is no Space Vanta weight limit attached to this Sea Freight free-shipping threshold.
Air Freight
Air Freight is eligible for free shipping when the order value reaches the equivalent of US$120.
The free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg of the shipment.
If the total shipment weight exceeds 5.5 kg, the first 5.5 kg will remain eligible for free shipping. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged according to the applicable Air Freight additional-weight rate.
The final shipping charge will be determined at checkout based on the destination, billable weight, and shipping method available for the order.
3. United Kingdom Sea Freight Rates
Sea Freight is calculated according to billable weight.

The applicable rate tier is determined by the shipment’s billable weight.
4. United Kingdom Air Freight Rates
For shipments up to 9.5 kg, Air Freight is calculated in 0.5 kg units.

For shipments above 9.5 kg, the applicable rate is calculated in 1 kg units:

Where a shipment falls within a different applicable rate tier, the rate corresponding to the shipment’s billable weight will apply.
For orders that qualify for Air Freight free shipping, the free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged according to the applicable Air Freight additional-weight rate.
5. How Shipping Charges Are Calculated
The shipping charge depends on the applicable rate tier and the billable weight of the shipment.
Where an order qualifies for a free-shipping benefit, the applicable free-shipping allowance will be applied to the eligible weight. Any weight exceeding the free-shipping allowance will be charged according to the relevant additional-weight rate.
The final shipping amount shown at checkout is the charge applicable to your order after the destination and shipping method have been determined.
6. Shipping Availability
Not every shipping method is available for every destination or order.
Space Vanta determines the applicable shipping options according to the shipping information associated with the order. Only available methods will be presented at checkout.
7. Delivery and Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment.
Actual delivery time may vary due to the shipping method, destination, customs clearance, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond Space Vanta’s control.
Any delivery estimate shown during checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
8. Customs, Duties and Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, clearance charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country.
Unless specifically stated at checkout, these charges are not included in Space Vanta’s shipping charge.
Any applicable import-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
9. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including the correct postcode and contact information.
Space Vanta is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
