Australia Shipping Policy
Space Vanta offers Sea Freight and Air Freight options to Australia, where available.
Shipping charges are determined according to your destination, shipping method, billable weight, and applicable shipping zone.
1. Shipping Methods
Orders to Australia may be eligible for:

Available shipping methods may vary according to your delivery postcode and order details.
For Sea Freight, the applicable Australian shipping zone is determined automatically based on the delivery postcode. Customers do not need to select a shipping zone manually.
2. Free Shipping
Sea Freight
Sea Freight is eligible for free shipping when the order value reaches the equivalent of US$55.
There is no Space Vanta weight limit attached to this Sea Freight free-shipping threshold.
Air Freight
Air Freight is eligible for free shipping when the order value reaches the equivalent of US$120.
The free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg of the shipment.
If the total shipment weight exceeds 5.5 kg, the first 5.5 kg will remain eligible for free shipping. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged according to the applicable Air Freight additional-weight rate.
The final shipping charge will be determined at checkout based on the destination, billable weight, and shipping method available for the order.
3. Australia Sea Freight Rates
Sea Freight rates depend on the delivery postcode and the applicable shipping zone.

Your delivery postcode determines the applicable Sea Freight zone.
The final rate shown at checkout reflects the zone applicable to your delivery address.
4. Australia Air Freight Rates
For shipments up to 9.5 kg, Air Freight is calculated in 0.5 kg units.

For shipments above 9.5 kg, the applicable rate is calculated in 1 kg units:

Where a shipment falls within a different applicable rate tier, the rate corresponding to the shipment’s billable weight will apply.
For orders that qualify for Air Freight free shipping, the free-shipping benefit applies to the first 5.5 kg. Any weight above 5.5 kg will be charged according to the applicable Air Freight additional-weight rate.
5. Shipping Zone
Australia Sea Freight uses postcode-based shipping zones.
The applicable zone is determined automatically according to the delivery postcode provided with your order.
Because zone assignment is destination-based, the applicable Sea Freight charge may differ between Australian addresses.
6. Shipping Availability
Shipping options may vary according to your postcode, destination, order value, weight, and other shipping conditions.
If a shipping method is not available for your order, it will not be displayed at checkout.
7. Delivery and Processing
Orders are processed after successful payment.
Delivery time may vary depending on the selected shipping method, destination, customs processing, carrier operations, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances outside Space Vanta’s control.
Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
8. Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, GST, import taxes, clearance fees, or other charges imposed by Australian authorities or other relevant parties.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, such charges are not included in Space Vanta’s shipping charge.
Any applicable customs, import, or clearance charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please provide a complete and accurate Australian delivery address, including the correct postcode and contact information.
Space Vanta is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
