Refund Policy

All items purchased from the Space website can be returned within 14 days of the order's shipping date. If the delivery is delayed due to logistics reasons and less than 7 days have passed since the actual receipt, the return period can be extended to the seventh day from the date of receipt.
1. Return Conditions
To ensure product quality and consumer experience, returned items must meet the following conditions:
• The item must be in brand new condition, unused, unopened, or not affecting resale.
• There must be no damage, stains, or signs of use (including food items).
• Packaging, accessories, and related gifts must be intact (if applicable).

If the item does not meet the above conditions, Space reserves the right to refuse the return request.

2. Shipping Costs and Liability Explanation
• Orders cannot be delivered or returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
• If the return is due to product quality issues or the wrong item was sent, Space will bear the round-trip shipping costs within a reasonable range (based on standard courier fees) and arrange a full refund.
• For returns not due to product quality issues, the relevant shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

If the product is damaged during delivery and a refund is required, please take photos and provide clear evidence to customer service immediately for follow-up processing.

3. Refund Arrangements
After the returned product is confirmed to be correct, the refund amount will be returned to the original payment method within 3 business days.
If you need to apply for a refund, please contact the customer service team as soon as possible. Applications submitted after the deadline will be processed on a case-by-case basis, and Space reserves the right to make the final decision.
