Return Policy

凡於 Space 官網（Space official website） 購買之商品，均可於訂單發貨日 14天內 申請退貨。

All products purchased on the Space official website may request a return within 14 days from the shipment date.

如因物流原因延遲簽收，且實際收貨未滿7天，退貨期限可順延至簽收日起第七天。

If delivery is delayed due to logistics and the actual receipt is less than 7 days, the return period may be extended to the 7th day from the delivery date.

1. 退貨條件（Return Conditions）

為保障商品品質及消費者體驗，退回商品必須符合以下條件：

To ensure product quality and customer experience, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• 商品保持全新狀態，未經使用、未拆封或未影響二次銷售

• Items must be in brand new condition, unused, unopened, and not affecting resale value

• 無任何損壞、污漬或使用痕跡（包括食用類商品）

• No damage, stains, or signs of use (including food products)

• 包裝、配件及相關贈品須保持完整（如適用）

• Original packaging, accessories, and gifts must be fully included (if applicable)

如商品不符合上述條件，Space 有權拒絕退貨申請。

Space reserves the right to reject return requests if conditions are not met.

2. 運費及責任說明（Shipping & Responsibility）

• 因客戶填寫錯誤或不完整收貨資料導致無法成功派送或退回訂單，不接受退貨安排

• Returns will not be accepted if delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer

• 如因商品質量問題或發錯商品，Space 將承擔合理範圍內往返運費（以一般標準快遞費用為準），並安排全額退款

• If the issue is due to product quality or wrong item sent, Space will cover reasonable round-trip shipping costs (standard courier rate) and provide a full refund

• 非商品質量問題退貨，相關運費將由客戶自行承擔

• For non-quality-related returns, shipping costs will be borne by the customer

如因配送過程中導致商品損壞並需申請退款，請第一時間拍照並提供清晰證據發送至客服，以便跟進處理。

If the product is damaged during delivery, please take photos immediately and send clear evidence to customer service for follow-up.

3. 退款安排（Refund Arrangement）

退回商品確認無誤後，退款金額將於3個工作日內按原支付方式原路退回。

Once the returned item is confirmed, refunds will be processed within 3 business days via the original payment method.

如需申請退款，請盡早聯繫客戶服務團隊辦理，逾期申請將視情況處理，Space 保留最終處理決定權。

For refund requests, please contact customer service as soon as possible. Late requests will be handled case by case, and Space reserves the final decision right.
