Example 2 — Air-Freight-Only Items
Air-Freight-Only Items must use Air Freight.
If the qualifying category reaches US$130, the first 2.5 kg is included.
If the threshold is not reached:
* First 0.5 kg: approximately US$24.00, including the 10% handling fee.
* Each additional 0.5 kg: approximately US$7.74, including the 10% handling fee.
Example 3 — MTO Items
MTO Items are assessed independently against the applicable shipping threshold.
If the qualifying MTO purchase reaches US$130 for Air Freight, the first 2.5 kg is included.
If the threshold is not reached:
* First 0.5 kg: US$21.81.
* Each additional 0.5 kg: US$7.04.
MTO Items do not incur the additional Air-Freight-Only handling fee.

Remote & Restricted Destinations
Some US destinations may be classified as remote or restricted.
Remote destinations may require additional delivery arrangements or charges. These are not automatically added to the standard shipping rate. Please contact customer service before completing payment, or Space Vanta will contact you after receiving the order.
The following destinations are not supported under the standard delivery service:

Example 1 — Regular Items
If the qualifying Regular Items reach US$55 and are shipped by Sea Freight, the Regular shipping charge is free.
If the threshold is not reached, a shipment within the first rate tier is charged:
- First 1 kg: CAD 35.90.
- Each additional 1 kg: CAD 15.00.
Example 2 — Air-Freight-Only Items
If the qualifying Air-Freight-Only Items reach US$120, the first 5.5 kg is included.
If the threshold is not reached:

- The sea transit leg after vessel departure is generally around one month.

Australia Sea Freight Zones
Sea Freight rates are determined by the destination postcode:
- Space Vanta Zone 1: Source Zone 1 and Source Zone 2 postcode areas.
- Space Vanta Zone 2: Source Zone 3 postcode areas.
Remote-area classification is separate from the standard shipping zone. A destination may therefore have both a standard shipping zone and a remote-area classification.
Remote classification does not automatically change the standard rate or free-shipping eligibility.

Hong Kong orders use the local delivery flow rather than the international Air-Freight-Only service.
The applicable local shipping charge is determined by the selected Hong Kong delivery service and the category’s own billable weight.
Example 3 — MTO Items
MTO Items are assessed independently.
If the qualifying MTO purchase reaches the applicable Hong Kong threshold, it may qualify for the corresponding local free-shipping benefit.
If it does not reach the threshold, its local shipping charge is calculated using its own billable weight.

Important Shipping Notes
Separate Shipping Calculations
Space Vanta uses three independent shipping categories:
1. Regular Items
2. Air-Freight-Only Items
3. Made-to-Order (MTO) Items
Each category has its own qualifying purchase amount, free-shipping assessment and billable weight.
Meeting the free-shipping threshold in one category does not automatically qualify another category for free shipping.
For example:
- If Regular Items qualify for free shipping but MTO Items do not, Regular shipping is free while MTO shipping remains chargeable.
- If MTO Items qualify for free shipping but Regular Items do not, MTO shipping is free while Regular shipping remains chargeable.
- If all three categories are present, each is assessed separately.
Air-Freight-Only Handling Fee
Air-Freight-Only Items must be shipped by Air Freight.
Their shipping charges use the same base Air Freight rates applicable to Regular and MTO Items, with an additional 10% handling fee applied to the applicable Air Freight charge.
This handling fee:
- Applies only to Air-Freight-Only Items.
- Does not apply to Regular Items.
- Does not apply to MTO Items.
- Is calculated on the applicable Air Freight charge, not on the product purchase amount.
- Does not apply to the portion of weight already included under an applicable free-shipping benefit.
Privilege Complimentary Products
Privilege complimentary products do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount for free-shipping eligibility.
However, their actual physical weight is included in the billable weight of the relevant shipping category.
If the qualifying paid purchases meet the applicable free-shipping requirements, eligible shipping categories in the order receive the corresponding free-shipping benefit, including the shipping weight of the complimentary products.
If the qualifying paid purchases do not meet the applicable threshold, the complimentary products’ physical weight is included when calculating the shipping charge.
Bundles Containing Different Shipping Categories
Products within a bundle may appear together in one visual group in the shopping cart. Their shipping category is identified separately by the relevant product category label.
Shipping eligibility and charges are still assessed according to the applicable shipping categories.
The combined freight calculation for bundles containing different shipping categories is currently being refined. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
Billable Weight & Weight Increments
Shipping charges are calculated using the applicable billable weight and destination-specific rate.
Each shipping method has its own billing unit, which may be 0.5 kg or 1 kg depending on the destination and applicable weight tier.
Partial weight increments are rounded up to the next applicable billing unit.
For example, a 0.6 kg shipment using a 0.5 kg billing unit is charged as 1.0 kg.
Where different weight tiers apply, the relevant rate tier is determined by the shipment’s billable weight.
Illustrative Shipping Rates
The prices shown in this policy are illustrative examples based on the stated weight increments and applicable rate tiers.
They are not guaranteed flat rates for every destination or order.
Actual charges may vary according to:
- Destination postcode and delivery area.
- Billable weight and applicable weight increments.
- Selected shipping method.
- Product shipping restrictions.
- Applicable delivery service.
- Air-Freight-Only handling fee, where applicable.

Remote Destinations
Remote-area classification does not automatically add a surcharge or change free-shipping eligibility.
However, additional delivery charges may be required by the delivery provider.
Please contact customer service before completing payment if your address may be classified as remote. Alternatively, Space Vanta will contact you after receiving your order if additional arrangements are required.
Restricted Destinations
Some destinations cannot be served through the standard shipping arrangements.
If your address is classified as restricted or unsupported, the standard shipping service may not be available.

Order Processing & Delivery Estimates
Processing time and transit time are separate stages.
Regular orders generally require 1–3 business days for processing outside Hong Kong. Hong Kong orders generally require 0–3 business days.
MTO products are processed and shipped within 7 calendar days.
Transit time begins after dispatch, except where a market-specific sea-freight estimate explicitly states that it is calculated from the order date.
Orders placed after 5:00 PM China Standard Time begin processing on the next day.
Delivery estimates are provided as guidance and may vary due to customs procedures, carrier schedules, weather, public holidays and local delivery conditions.
