• We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, Singapore and Hong Kong.
•  Standard orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days. Most Hong Kong orders are dispatched sooner.
• Free shipping is available on eligible sea and air shipments when the applicable order threshold is met.
• Shipping costs and available delivery methods are calculated according to your destination, order weight and shipping eligibility.
• Made to Order items are prepared within 7 calendar days before shipment.

 

Shipping Overview

 

Space Vanta arranges international delivery through air freight and sea freight, depending on your destination, order contents and selected shipping method.

 

Our shipping arrangements are designed to balance delivery time, product suitability and overall delivery costs.

 

Available shipping methods may vary by market and product. Some products, including selected short-shelf-life food items, are restricted to air freight to help maintain product quality during transit.

 

The available options and applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

 

Order Processing

 

Most regular orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

 

For Hong Kong orders, processing generally takes 0–3 business days, with most orders dispatched the following day.

 

Orders placed after 5:00 PM China Standard Time (UTC+8) will begin processing on the next processing day.

 

Made to Order items require additional preparation time and are generally processed and dispatched within 7 calendar days.

 

Please note that processing time is separate from the estimated delivery time unless otherwise stated.

 

Orders containing both regular and Made to Order products may require additional coordination depending on the selected shipping arrangement.

 

Shipping Methods & Free Shipping

 

Air Freight

 

Air freight is available for eligible destinations and products where a faster delivery option is preferred.

 

For most international markets, eligible air shipments qualify for free shipping when the order reaches US$120.

 

The free-shipping benefit includes up to 5.5 kg of chargeable shipment weight. Any additional weight is charged according to the applicable shipping rate.

 

The United States follows a separate air-freight threshold: orders of US$130 or more receive free shipping on the first 2.5 kg of eligible economy air freight. Additional weight is chargeable.

 

Sea Freight

 

Sea freight is available for eligible international destinations.

 

Orders of US$55 or more qualify for free sea shipping, with no Space Vanta weight cap on this free-shipping eligibility.

 

Sea freight is generally a more economical option for heavier shipments, although delivery takes longer than air freight.

 

How Shipping Charges Are Calculated

 

Shipping charges are determined by:

 

• Delivery destination and applicable shipping zone.
• Chargeable shipment weight.
• Selected shipping method.
• Applicable free-shipping eligibility.
• Product-specific shipping requirements.

 

If an order does not qualify for free shipping, the applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

For international markets outside Hong Kong, free-shipping eligibility is assessed using the USD commercial threshold. Where your checkout currency differs from USD, the displayed equivalent is approximate and may vary with exchange-rate calculations.

 

How Shipping Is Calculated

Space Vanta uses three independent shipping categories:

* Regular Items
* Air-Freight-Only Items
* Made-to-Order (MTO) Items

Each category has its own qualifying purchase amount, free-shipping assessment and billable weight. Meeting the free-shipping threshold in one category does not automatically qualify the other categories for free shipping.

Air-Freight-Only Handling Fee

Air-Freight-Only Items must be shipped by Air Freight.

Their shipping charges are calculated using the same base Air Freight rates applicable to Regular and MTO Items, with an additional 10% handling fee applied to the applicable Air Freight charge.

This handling fee is specific to Air-Freight-Only Items and does not apply to Regular or MTO Items.

Privilege Complimentary Products

Privilege complimentary products do not count toward the qualifying purchase amount for free-shipping eligibility. However, their actual physical weight is included in the billable weight of the relevant shipping category.

If the qualifying paid purchases meet the applicable free-shipping requirements, eligible shipping categories receive the corresponding free-shipping benefit, including the weight of eligible complimentary products.

Mixed Orders & Bundles

Orders containing multiple shipping categories are assessed separately according to the applicable category rules.

Products within a bundle may appear together in one visual group in the shopping cart, but their shipping eligibility and charges remain subject to their respective shipping categories.

The combined freight calculation for bundles containing different shipping categories is currently being refined. We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Standard sea shipments follow a weekly departure schedule. The current schedule has a Wednesday cut-off, with the vessel departing the following Wednesday.

 

The sea-freight estimate begins after departure and does not include the preceding order-processing and sailing preparation period.

 

Delivery restrictions

 

We currently do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, American Samoa, certain US territories and military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

 

Some rural, mountainous and remote destinations may require additional delivery arrangements.

Sea shipments follow a scheduled departure arrangement, with a Tuesday cut-off and departure on Thursday of the following week.

 

For sea freight, the estimated transit period after sailing is approximately one month. Delivery to the West Coast may take around five weeks after sailing.

 

The 45–50 day sea-freight estimate is the overall estimated period from the order date, not an additional period after sailing.

 

Delivery restrictions

 

Certain rural and remote postal-code areas may require additional delivery arrangements.

 

Delivery availability is assessed using the destination postal code.

Air shipments typically arrive in approximately 12 days.

 

Delivery restrictions

 

We currently cannot deliver to BFPO and BFPO-related military addresses, Jersey, Guernsey and certain UK overseas territories.

 

Some remote Scottish and island postcodes may require additional delivery arrangements.

Macau delivery

 

Door-to-door delivery is available for eligible Macau addresses.

 

• Free shipping threshold: HK$320 equivalent.
• Shipping charges below the threshold are calculated according to chargeable weight.
• Maximum billable shipment weight: 20 kg.

Delivery Areas & Restrictions

 

We aim to deliver to the supported destinations listed in this policy. However, delivery availability may vary depending on the exact postal code, address and carrier service coverage.

 

Standard areas

 

Orders addressed to standard delivery areas can generally be processed using the available shipping methods displayed at checkout.

 

Remote areas

 

Some addresses may be classified as remote or require special delivery arrangements.

 

Remote-area orders are not automatically charged an additional surcharge at checkout. If additional delivery charges may apply, we will contact you to confirm the available arrangements before proceeding.

Restricted areas

 

Some destinations are outside our current delivery coverage.

 

If your address is classified as restricted, standard shipping rates will not be available for that destination.

 

We recommend checking your delivery address at checkout before placing an order.

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes

 

Applicable duties and taxes are included in our international shipping arrangements for supported delivery destinations.

 

You should not normally need to make a separate payment for import duties or taxes on eligible shipments.

 

However, certain destinations outside our supported customs and tax arrangements may not be eligible for delivery.

 

If your destination or order requires additional customs documentation or special handling, we will contact you where necessary.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including customs processing, carrier operations, weather conditions and other transportation disruptions.
